Over the past 48 hours Fried foods such as fried chicken, soups, Sandwiches, and snacks such as Gogurt,Rice krispie treats and oreo's is what I've eaten. Fried chicken isn't very healthy for the body however it is very delicious. My physical experience with the food has bein a good one. I've eaten fried chicken all my life and i'm not obeast. Fried chicken would have to be the food I most enjoyed eating. Soup Would be the food I least enjoyed eating.I hate soup it isn't filling and it's not good. So I have had a bad experience with soup. Sandwiches and the snacks listed above is a food that is just in the midde. I have no problem eating sandwiches or snacks because they aren't nasty but I could never call a sandwich or snacks a meal. So i guess I have had a good experience with sandwiches and snacks.
Some of the foods i picked wheren't my choice.For example the Soup that I ate was because that was what my mom cooked and it was either the soup or nothing. However the Fried chicken I ate was all me.I wanted some fried chicken because I know that I like that food and i wanted something I enjoy eating for lunch. The snacks I ate was because I got hungry and i didn't want a meal so i just decided to eat a snack.
I doont feel good with the foods i eat.Its nothing new because I usually eat chicken and have snacks every night but i know that this isn't a very healthy life style. However i do know what foods i need to eat more of in order for me to be healthy. This process maybe harder done than said because I eat what my mom gives me. Also there is almost no fruits in my house and i dont know if my mom knows how to make healthy foods that include alot of vegetables.
